Hand writable, calibration and maintenance, continuous, self-laminating permanent tape. Able to produce on-demand, laminated labels, this durable write-on tape allows you to securely identify regularly inspected tools and equipment used in dimensional, electrical, electronic, flow, force, temperature, mass, humidity, and pressure disciplines. Ideally suited for all industries and fields that require clear identification and tracking of instruments and machines periodically serviced or inspected, as well as to identify merchandise, labware (pH meters, pipettes), office material, and much more.
The self-laminating tape is made of a durable thermoplastic film that accepts smudge-proof writing with pens (ballpoint, gel) and markers, and comes with a laminate attached to protect your information against a range of harsh conditions including outdoor storage, water, oils, detergents, chemical spills, friction, and even sanding with a Dremel™® tool. The calibration tape is provided in roll format for quick dispensing, with equally spaced perforations making it easy to cut the exact length you require.
Able to be folded over onto itself, the laminated tape can also be made into a double-sided tag. Once the laminate has been properly applied, the labels/tags are waterproof, resistant to wear-and-tear and weatherproof, able to resist harsh chemicals, wide temperature ranges and even UV and gamma irradiation. The laminated calibration and maintenance tape labels can withstand abrasion and scratching, making them ideal for use in tough environments, such as warehouses, storage areas, laboratories, and worksites.
This continuous self-laminating tape can be fully customized to meet your requirements. The tape can be provided with either permanent or removable adhesive, in an assortment of shapes, sizes, and colors. We can also further customize the laminated tape to suit the user’s needs and environments, from extreme temperatures (up to 600°C and as low as -196°C), to exposure to direct sunlight, snow, rain, and water immersion.
Benefits:
- The lamination protects the tape from wear-and-tear, chemical exposure, abrasion, gamma irradiation, and more
- Produces on-demand laminated labels and tags
- Continuous tape format allows you to use as much or little as necessary
